STATISTIC

The assessment in statistics and methodology applied to health sciences received by the Fundació is framed within a collaboration agreement with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). Its objective is to coordinate the action of the Fundació and of the UPC in assessment, the exchange of information and any other work in the fields of research and training.

The statisticians currently involved are:

• Nuria Perez-Alvarez
• Raquel López
• Led by Dra. Guadalupe Gómez

Using a wide range of statistical techniques, the objectives are to afford statistical support to all the projects participating in the design of the study, data monitoring and collection, as well as in interim and final analyses and in the presentation and exposition of findings and conclusions.
